BPC-157 + TB-500 Blend (1:1)
Accelerate healing and tissue repair through co-injection of both peptides pre-mixed at a 1:1 ratio in a single vial
Overview
Pre-mixed product with BPC-157 and TB-500 at a 1:1 ratio in a single vial (available as 10 mg total = 5 mg + 5 mg or 20 mg total = 10 mg + 10 mg), enabling combined administration in a single subcutaneous injection. Combines BPC-157's angiogenesis and cytoprotection with TB-500's cell migration and tissue remodeling. Operational convenience (one injection instead of two) while preserving the synergy of both repair pathways.
Peptides in this Protocol
500 mcg per injection (0.1 ml from a 10 mg+10 mg vial reconstituted in 2 ml)
Daily during loading (4 weeks), then 2-3x/week for maintenance
Morning or evening, fasted or away from meals
Dose is proportional to the injected volume — BPC and TB cannot be titrated independently in this blend
500 mcg per injection (drawn from the same shared vial)
Daily during loading (4 weeks), then 2-3x/week for maintenance
Same injection as BPC-157 (both are in the same vial)
Weekly TB-500 totals during loading (~3.5 mg/week with 500 mcg daily) are below classic loading protocols (5-10 mg/week). For acute injury, consider 0.2 ml per injection (1 mg BPC + 1 mg TB) during the first 2 weeks.
Protocol Details
| Duration | 4 weeks daily loading + 4-8 weeks maintenance (2-3x/week) |
| Timing | A single subcutaneous injection per day (during loading) or on scheduled days (maintenance). May be applied near the injury site when indicated. For the 20 mg total vial, reconstitute with 2 ml of bacteriostatic water: each 0.1 ml delivers 500 mcg of BPC-157 + 500 mcg of TB-500. For the 10 mg total vial, reconstitute with 1 ml for the same concentration. |
Notes
The blend's advantage is practical: a single shot combining two synergistic peptides. The downside is losing the ability to titrate doses independently — any volume adjustment changes both at once. For protocols requiring distinct dosing (e.g., TB-500 in weekly pulses and BPC-157 daily), separate vials remain preferable. Store refrigerated after reconstitution (2-8°C) and use within 30 days.
